imac g3 slot loading - DEAD maybe cause is standby voltage

Good Morning.
I have a problem with imac g3 dv. i bought imac g3 after after spill in listing imac wont boot. So i check only by eyes capacitors and was one main capaictor 400v was bulged so i replace it and nothing. so i thing shot was standby voltage 5v maybe is bad something related to it. cause theres no any light coming on button. so what compotent on power analog video produce that standby voltage on pav board?
sincrely

could the other capacitors perhaps be bad? if one is leaking, they're all suspicious.

Have you actually checked the voltages out of your PSU?
Today I will remove again board. i don't check voltages cause i was fear of shortcuit but im desperated.

i don't have esr meter. only see bulged capacitor

again, if one capacitor is "bulged", they're all suspicious. replace them all.

a multimeter can test capacitors too. no esr meter required.

i watched some 12voltvids and he test crt board by removing capacitors and plugging to outlet without specific capacitor. so i try my best. But have you watched video that someone replaced every capictor and still have dead imac g3

before you go about trying to use it as a monitor, try the diagnosis steps in the 'solution' on this page: https://www.ifixit.com/Answers/View/173281/its+not+powering+on
i do all things capacitors works replaced resistor near main capacitor, replaced main cap and nothing. I like this case and design so i will try put something in it. think that could be the best scenario. pav board is dead motherboard could be reused its 400 mhz to make sleeper in vcr case. maybe go that way put in that imac g3 monitor motherboard vga next build imac g3 sleeper in vcr case

It sounds like the analogue board is dead from what you have described. Currently have one SE DV with same problem and have replaced the analogue board wit SE 600 mhz one as couldn't find a 700 mhz board

here in europe there is no one working pav board. i want to buy 14 inch monitor and put electronic to imac dv i dont know if crt tube will be work but will see

i need to build new frame for tv motherboard. Is one issue imac is incline curved but tv is straight so it could be problem to fit. later i post photos
