So i bought a iifx logic board today. The old board was sold last year due to battery leakage. I dont know if the psu works, it should. Is there any way i can test this before hooking up to iifx board that was quite expensive?

If I were you I'd jumper the soft power pin to see if it starts up at least, then make sure there aren't any crazy voltages on any of the power rails
