Wondering if the heat spreader interface in the 12" PBG4 lends itself to a desktop heatsink standard?
Doubtful, but just may be? If not I can fab a thick copper heat spreader and mount whatever I want to it?
Don't think I'd need to go that far as it's a Notebook board/Proc, but how much might be needed? I don't really have quite THAT much room.
How much cooling do I really need? Might a large passive heatsink suffice?
