G3 aio issue

Recapped my g3 aio and worked for a long time. Started it today and floppy made noise which was weird lol. I was testing my network connections so i wanted to check the aio’s connection. I restarted and screen stayed black. Tried it again and again, nothing. I pulled ram, and cards,etc still nothing. I know flyback can be issues with these. I have a spare thankfully but would rather not replace it if it might be something else?

i tried external with two different apple monitors and even a PCI video card. No dice. I replaced this logic board a few years back. It chimes but everything else is dead. Only thing i did was put a g3 400 cpu in it. So may have to revert to 233 and see. Otherwise i am stumped. Worked perfectly for a long time.

Tried different memory, different processor, different ram, different voltage regulator. Wont pram reset, so think its toast? It chimes but thats it. So weird.. never had any issues with the g3’s. Guess i should count my lucky stars.
