Drivers for "Apple CS II Ethernet Card"

On your Mac OS install disc - if you do a custom install you should be able to install the ethernet extensions. If you don't want to do that, you can extract them from the installation tome individually using TomeViewer. (or just grab 'em from the system folder used to boot the CD)
