Hello, I am trying to repair a PowerBook G4 550 (motherboard reference 820-1251-A) and the diode marked D15 (in sot23 package) under the power connector is totally blown... Impossible to read its code, it must be a zener, but I don't know if it's an 8N or 8M for MMBZ5238B or MMBZ5237B respectively. Or anything else. Can anyone help me ? Thanks in advance !
