Compare Directory Listings in OS9.1?

Is there a utility to quickly compare two disks and tell me how they differ in terms of what files are stored on each of them in OS9.1?

I had some disk problems back in March, and with one thing and another, I now have two parallel versions of a couple of my volumes. I'd like to clean things up, and get just one copy of my volumes on my machine, but I'm afraid I might have stored some files to one copy or another without copying them to both...

This would also be handy for those time when I have disk problems and wonder if I lost any files, even though the directory structure seems to be fixed.

On an unrelated note...

Anyone know why some mirrored EIDE (connected to AEC-6280M) volumes I created with SoftRAID 2.2 are not bootable? I can select them in Start-up disk, but the machine will never boot from them and goes to the lowest bus/ID bootable volume which isn't one of the mirrored drives. Yes, I've blessed the System folders.

Try this: http://macgui.com/downloads/?file_id=23562

Folder Compare is a tool for manipulating directories that change. I wrote it mainly for comparing big source folders when several people work at the same time on them. You can also use that program for comparing document folders if you want, or even synchronize folders from your powerbook with your desktop machine.
