Centris 650 vs. PowerMac 7100/80AV

My PowerMac 7100/80AV HD finally died and now I have to decide whether to keep my Centris running or to give its HD to the PowerMac. I never really used my PowerMac just because it was PPC not 68k, but I would like to use its AV input/output for something (I've never used it).

So which do you think is the better machine???

It depends on what you're using it for. Each machine has it's strengths compared to the other, but, of course, in general, the 7100 will be faster.

Do you have an old external SCSI case? You could put your one working drive in an external SCSI case and just attach the cable to whichever machine you wish to use at the moment.
