if you got the right heatsink and the CPU fits into the sawtooth (IDE port may be in the way) you are ok. if you got 4 mounting holes on the CPU module you have to do the voltage mod.
That will work on a Sawtooth. I have the same processor installed in mine. It really made a difference in speed, but it's still slow compared to more recent models.
