Belkin QuikNet?

I came across a Belkin QuikNet on ebay. I couldn't find much information on it on Google and got no results searching here. What is it? Would I be able to use it to set up a network between my iBook G4 and Macintosh Plus?

Nope...those were used for serial port networking, AKA PhoneNet. Very common years ago.
