Attention all PowerBook 165c Owners

What are your opinions on the screen of the PowerBook 165c? Is it the worst of the worst of passive matrix or is it one of the better ones? Better or worse than 1400cs?

I'll respond because you called out *all* PB 165c owners.

The screen is usable. I've worked on it quite a bit. Unfortunately, it's the only color passive matrix screen I own (or have used), so I can't really compare it to any other passive matrix screens. There is no comparison to an active matrix screen... my Duo 2300c is much better.

The richness of the color on the 520c is slightly better in my opinion, but they both have comparable levels of ghosting and the same "shadow" images of window outlines, etc. I've avoided the 1400cs like the plague, so I have no frame of reference there.
