(searched and I couldn't find anything - maybe my search skills are going bad)
I have an ImageWriter II that has the AppleTalk card (and enabled). I am able to hook it up via AppleTalk to one of my computers running System 7.1.1. I go to Chooser and select AppleTalk ImageWriter and then printing works flawlessly.
My Quadra 800 is running System 7.5.5. I did a full install of System 7.5.3 (+ upgrade to 7.5.5). This version of the System does not include an AppleTalk ImageWriter extension. It only has ImageWriter. The chooser only shows an ImageWriter option, not the AppleTalk variant.
I have looked in a bunch of areas but cannot figure out how to print to my ImageWriter II on AppleTalk. Did this functionality get removed in System 7.5?
