We (me and a local repair specialist) have repaired PSU of Apple Network Server 700/200. But can't start the server. Press the power buttons and get fans on, leds on, LCD on (but no text). But: led off on CPU board. What to check, any ideas please? Also:
- we don't have a battery, it's placeholder is empty.
- SCSI backbone and fan which should be connected to the backbone — both disconnected.
