Apple II Key Cap removal

I need to remove the key caps on my Apple II plus I've searched here and couldn't find out how to remove just the key caps and do so without breaking anything

You need an Apple Keycap Extractor (part number unknown, but it does exist because I have one in front of me). Alternatively, buy a cheap pair of tweezers which can be opened up and bent. You need the ends to be 15mm apart so that they fit over the keycap comfortably. The "hooks" to pull up the keycap should be tiny -- 1.5 or 2mm in length.

Consider selling or trading apple ii stuff for it? =D or if you can shot a picture I have 8 keyboards to clean and inspect. These are old and fraile I don't want to break the keys.

I use a single finger. You could too. Or you could use a tweezer-type IC extractor.

That's right: just pull straight up as best as you can.
