From memory it's doubtfull that 128Mb simms would work... Still I'd love to hear that it did work... I record video with my 840av sometimes & the more memory the better... but are the simms fpm? & paired?

I use 8.1... os9 and the macs redundant os 6 & 7 are ok if it's a 68040 mac then it's 8.1 all the way here

So I have my 840av working.... it's running off've a 2gig external hard drive. I recorded some video and saved the file which then has to be converted, but when I try to save the converted file, from "Movie player", it begins the process, but then only gets maybe a 5th of the way through and...
