The project thus far is nearly done. All I have left is to clean and lube the floppy drive, and replace the caps in the power supply unit. CPU Note: The heatsink on the 33mhz CPU gets pretty warm, but not crazy hot of anything. It's a full 68040 and it's native 33mhz. Not overclocked.

So, the floppy drive in this machine works, but the action of the disks going in and out is rough (The drive mechanism is a dirty/gummy). Basically it needs a good cleaning. Are there any good disassembly videos or web pages that you guys could recommend? My initial google search came up with...
