I had similar issues with an external BlueSCSI I recently tried. No matter what it would just crash the scsi bus. I tried every help tip online and different sd cards, and multiple different “confirmed working” images, and the logs always showed good. I ended up just returning mine for a refund...

I actually modelled my own rear panel, because I wanted to have the port symbols and all the internal alignment tabs. I can share this file if there's a standard location for these sorts of things.
