    After changing the HOT transistor, the LOPT from JanJan (thank you!), recaping the power supply and METICULOUSLY (I can't stress this enough) cleaning the motherboard, you can see the result! (yes, it's in greek).

    Yes its bad.I checked it and it is shorted and when I removed it, measurements at it's pins are between 2,9 and 4,9ohms. The irf640 mosfet also is gone...cooked...

    Hi guys i hope you can help. I have an Apple Classic II which im trying to restore.The problem is that i cant find a replacement for the flyback.Any ideas for a replacement part or maybe compatible flyback with different serial ? thank you !
