I am copying 100% of the steps you've done, minus buying the flyback (no longer available)... But, even after searching Macintosh Garden, I simply cannot find the USB Display Service Utility. Do you have it? Could you share it? I am running in a sort of "hacked" Mac Mini G4 booting into OS 9.2...
