I love using my SE/30's but get so tired, of getting them setup exactly like I like them then dropping a drive a month later. Then going all over AGAIN setting them up. What are my easiest options for going with a NEW IDE or SATA drive? I also have some of these...

I've been using Word 5.0 on my SE/30 and it works great, but I just stumbled across a set of disks for 5.1, should I upgrade?

Napabar, maybe, but this way its just File - Save and Done from Microsoft Word, no pushing files around and everything is up on the cloud with full versioning. For my writing application, I can't see how it can get much better.

Looking for the lightest weight screen saver out there. Personally I would just as soon have it blank the screen. Or are there any power management options to turn the screen off? I want to leave my SE/30 on all the time and want the screen saver for the literal purpose of saving the screen...

Ahh ok, I was confusing the lack of the bumps on the old machines. Its surprising how distracting it is to touch type when I'm used to the home key bumps on the H and F. Hmm maybe I can file them off? Or just get used to it I supposed.
