    G4 MDD does not recognize any HDD or CD/DVD Drive

    Any suggestions as to what this problem might be? The model is M8570 (EMC 1914C) to be more specific. There doesn't appear to be any physical damage to the IDE ports. The same HDD that is not detected on the IDE ATA 100 port is detected on ATA 66 port with the same IDE cable.
