    Why is this SE so unhappy?

    Hoping to get some help. Local guy is selling this Macintosh SE and I am interested but don't know if I am equipped to get it up and running. What might be wrong with it? Thanks for any help. I search on the interwebs and couldn't find anything relating to this particular error code.
