    Performa 400 - 3 beeps

    Hello again - what does 3 slow beeps mean on startup? Before I changed the battery I was getting the chimes of death (the 8 note tune). After changing it I get 3 beeps separated by about 2s each, no chime. I've tried it with and without SIMMs in the slots - what would be the next thing to check?
