    That's an ISDN card of some sort. Seems ISDN is known as RNIS in France.

    you'll want to replace all the Electrolytic capacitors... but in most cases, you can leave the big AC filter capacitors. good idea to look if the particular capacitor series are known to go bad just in case

    just buy a 2.5" inch Zulu-Compatible SCSI emulator of your choice. Avoid SCSI2SDs, they're a pain to set up.

    for whatever reason, i haven't seen many portables with tunnel vision. maybe a coincidence but I think their panels are slightly less susceptible to it. on the flipside, you have the zebra stripe issues.
