Ok, so i know a 0101 board is probably worth more but i do have a 512k board and a 400k floppy so may just sell the 0101. I just need the floppy bracket and a 400k floppy cable. I assume that the cables are different from a 800k?? The floppy bracket in this 128k only holds a 800k drive.

Opened up my 2 original 128k’s to lube the floppy drives. Noticed the different processors. Is one an earlier version i would assume? Also i have a 3rd 128k someone upgraded to a plus or 512ke which i dont want as i have a plus. So if i buy the 342-0220-a and 342-0221-a roms will this convert it...

I ended up going through my drawer of misc 30 pin ram and found a classic expansion card. The soldered on ram was the same # as the iisi board so i went for it.

So changed all the memory to correct memory, and all the als245 and still the same thing. Any idead what else? Probably a broken trace at this point or something else?

So, changed Roms, and ide controller chip, still same issue.. think it is just one of those board thats not going to fix… oh well!

No havent tried that yet. I have them ready to go. I just thought i would go more original if i could pull some chips from a memory stick. I can’t find my classic parts board which ticks me off lol.. too much stuff

Replaced g4, no dice. Tried replacing one memory ic no dice. Guess i will have to try them all and see. Argh! Lol cant find my spare classic board. Will any of these chips work?

So probably had a spill on it, so really could be anything lol.. not sure i want to continue. At least it came with memory expansion, good display cable, and top case parts.

So replaced onboard the memory with known working, no change. Tried with memory removed and just memory expansion card, same sad mac. So not memory related that i can tell?

Oh interesting. So i do have a donar iivx board. So can definitely upgrade the memory

Only rom i have is a se/30 rom which i guess wont work. So back to checking bad ram first.

Will iivx onboard ram be the same? I assume it would be. I also have a spare classic board around and a duo 210 board.
