I’m gonna give that a 80% chance of being repairable. It’s probably just more fiddly than actually problematic. Of course the question is would it just be easier to find a replacement board?

Just to note, the cap at C4 is missing so If you didn't remove it then take extra care as chances are the corrosion in that area is particularly bad.
