I put the resistors color coding through a calculator, its a 3.3 Ohm with a 5% tolerance.
Ive been looking on mouser and can't seem to find a replacement, could I have a little help please?
It Looks fine but there are some wiggly components, 3 capacitors and a large resistor. One capacitor is a solid plastic block (Last picture, being pointed at with screwdriver)

The Power supply seems to not work, I've verified that power is getting to the board by checking the voltage across the fuse, other places on the board have power also but it's not getting to the connector.
I've recently gotten an Apple Tape Back Up 40SC off of eBay that isn't working, The power light was on in the photos but now it's not.
I've tested the two LED's and fan and can confirm they're working.
Could I have some advice?
I've got a Mobius 030 Accelerator card that is preventing the computer from booting When it's installed and i power on the computer the disk drive head moves and i get a screen full of garbage.

I'm trying to figure out how to get CD ROM Images from The Mac Repo and Mac Garden onto a physical cd, I tried to use IMG Burn but that doesn't work. I've also tried using Basilisk II's ability to use the internal drive but, to no avail.
Any other method I could try?

It was, It arced over the top. I don't smell ozone so there's that, I don't think the tubes breached so the fly back could be a possible cause, but it seems fine.
For clarity, this happened over a month ago.
My Macintosh Plus's screen seems to have come out of alignment, I just finished putting some components back inside and when I turned it on a bright spark popped. so, naturally I quickly tuned it off, after awhile I turned it back on and the screen seems to only be at the very top of the tube...
