Yes, I have tested the voltages with the accelerator. They're correct, like I assumed.
Also, I've purchased a replacement XC2064. The same problem persists however.
I just want this fucking thing to work. That's all I fucking want. I can't fucking have that. I've even tried this on another SE, by the way. Same result.
As far as I can tell, nothing else is damaged. Honestly, I'm just at the end of my rope. I really can't troubleshot this myself, It's too in depth for me.

Well, this is not good. I was taking another look at the accelerator card and I noticed that the "XILINX" FPGA was in the wrong way. I put it in the RIGHT way and it popped.

I've found that when I use an emulated HDD file from MinivMac (The date get's set my the modern computers date and time) it transfers over to the real hardware AND gets saved in mem.
Reseat as in remove and replace the chips themselves? If so I’ve done that too all the chips except the Xilinx, don’t have a tool for that one.
