Absolutely. I will try to disassemble it to get batter pictures. I actually think I may have the box (in rough shape) and maybe some additional documentation if you think that would he nice to have pictures of.

I have an SE/30 that is doing this as well. Did replacing the chip solve the issue?

I could use some as well. Picked up a new SE and it only had two, plus a empty case that didn't have any. I'll probably be trying to add a Plus and a Classic to my collection at some point, so 3 sets would be perfect for me if they are still available.
