    Well I think I found what’s causing the delay. If I turn off AppleTalk then 7.1 does a cold boot in just 47 seconds

    One additional thing. If I just do a restart it completes in just 28 seconds.

    Even though it’s slow to boot 7.1 once booted it works great and passes all Snooper test.

    No other scsi devices installed. Even tried with a ZuluSCSI and got the same results. I just did a complete new install of 7.1 from floppy but got the same results.
