Stuck and dusty switches usually cause reboots, but it's worth a look. I'd try a RAM SIMM swap (not much that you can do with soldered RAM) and always unplug the floppy drive.

Shouldn't the PSU fan kick off briefly when power is applied? Put a piece of paper into the blades from underneath to see if the fan works. Monitor: Which monitor? What happens when the monitor is disconnected?
