Old computer magazines are always fun to look at. :D They're like a preserved piece of time in the Computer World. I've occasionally glanced at the InfoWorld archive that can be viewed freely on Google books. One of them I had fun reading was the THINK Pascal 4 review in the May 18, 1992 issue.

Apple Chancery is my fav. :D Why? It's just got a nice flowing feel to it. I even converted it so I could use it on Windows. (For Photoshop.) I usually leave the system fonts at their default.

Sorry to hear that. You'd think that any 3.xx version could be easily upgraded to the latest. :( I don't think anyone is in a hurry for the latest version of phpBB anyway, so take your time with it. ;)

Congrats on your conquest beachycove! ;) Although I don't necessarily collect manuals, I do try to get them over getting software without. Not only does it keep it more complete, but as Concorde mentioned, it comes in handy if you want to really learn how to use the software.

If your model is old enough, you can find Mac OS 8/9 drivers on the HP website. As for Schematic Capture, the only things I could find were McCAD and Designworks Lite. I can't seem to find a copy of the 30 day demo for Designworks anywhere. (Found a couple in binhex format, but they wouldn't...

LibreOffice is actually reducing their dependence on Java. NeoOffice (AFAIK,) is using OpenOffice as their based code. So it makes sense that Libre would be working the best. :) The only things I can think of that would still cause Libre to be slow on the G4 and Intel is the GTK GUI, and core...

Not sure exactly what Baton Mail's requirements are, the home page doesn't seem to show any. But my guess is it needs a 68030 minimum. I think I got as far as your did with Eudora Lite as well. You could probably setup another machine and run a SMTP server that would forward emails to another...

Yup, Number Munchers is definitely a winner. :D The only other math games we had were Math Blaster Episode I: In Search of Spot and Math Blaster Ages 9–12 (a remake of Episode II: Secret of the Lost City,) which were also fun... Though I'm pretty sure I enjoyed Number Munchers the most. ;)
