That's strange, because all of the ones you got in that list, have a logic board shaped like a cleaver (or butchers knife) that may be a newer PB board. also the 140/145/145b/170 boards are the same. That might be a powerbook 180 daughter card now that I had time to look.

Which board is unidentified, From what you didn't list I can see a 3.5"-> 2.5" SCSI adapter, and what looks to be a PowerBook logic board, but I can't tell which.

I think it's because they're interfaced similar to IDE. Since SCSI>IDE is already done, it's probably not too much to carry it over to CF.

Did portrait displays have a tilt or swivel base? All the desktop-oriented PC's we had growing up had the unfortunate monitor sitting atop them. They weren't designed to be used all day long I would imagine. With the time I spend on the computer each day I couldn't imagine having a desktop...

Do you know if the apps that macports is installing, stores the dependency libs in the same repository or are they stored somewhere else? It's possible the repository that it's using for the dependencies is down/outdated or moved/restructured.

If you wear a pair of Jnco jeans you could pretty much fit any external hard drive in the back pockets, maybe even a portrait display... I would have never guessed that was a Hard drive, thats teriffic! It's so little!
