Thanks. I didn’t find the very helpful thread I mentioned in post #2 until today. I ordered the RPT60A today, along with the Molex crimps and connectors from Mouser. The RPT60A has a 50% tariff, making it cost about $26, which is still inexpensive.
I’m looking for a Performa 460 power supply, because I bought a recapped Performa 460 logic board. The going price for an untested unit on eBay is $80, while tested units cost $100+. I was browsing power supplies on Mouser and the Mean Well RPT60A would supply the correct power : Chassis Mount...
Depending on the switch settings, you should be able to get 640 x 480, 800 x 600, 832 x 624 and 1024 x 768 on a VGA monitor. Adding a VRAM SIMM will get you more colors in each mode.

I started on an Atari ST in 1985. $499 for a 520ST, 400K 3.5 inch floppy and a 640 x 400 monochrome monitor. The Amiga may have been great, but out of my price range at the time. Upgraded the ST over the years and enjoyed running Mac software with a Spectre GCR running System 6.0.5. It was an...
