What about recapping services? I think I've heard about those. They'll probably recap an analog board.

I just used that as an example, idk if that is really on there. Since I would need a new board, where can I get one? Preferably for cheap. I have 2 so maybe I can practice on one and do the repair on the other.

Firstly, yes, also, no, the SE parts aren't very interchangeable (Except the floppy drive or HD). Also, Would you mean what it is like 'dc2' bc idk if it would come up on digikey. Also, I have no experience with soldering/desoldering.  PS: you should post your logic board wanted ad on the trade...

I plugged in the mac classic, and when I plugged it in it sparked and everything in my room turned off.
