turn one partition...I thought about how to do this...on the LC it was easy. I bootet 7.5 via zip-drive and mounted the total replay and copied this files via drag and drop...took several hours but it worked (had to leave some demo-files because partition was not big enough for total replay)...
No floppy emulator, I have scsi2sd in that LC and several ProDos Partitions.
I copied the totalreplay on that thing because real floppys are a bit problematic on that LC.
On the IIgs I have the CF solution from reactive micro and also a real floppy drive, so it's not about getting the games...
256color 8Bit card that is exactly for the macintosh II.
The dip-settings on the adapters seems to be ignored.
I only get a picture on my benq bl702...every other TFT does not work.
Would be interesting what causes this "interference" on the bus?
Hi there,
I don't own an apple II machine, but I own a IIgs and I also own a LC equipped with a IIe card.
What machine woud you use for playing the old apple II game. What should be more compatible ?
Thx!

Hi there, is it normal that I can see white flickering lines on my TFT when accessing the internal hard-disk.
It seems that it is only when loading. What could the be?
Thx°
Currently I want to buy a Q610, but it's very hard to get the suitable PDS adapter for the houdini2 card.
I am also thinking about the downgrading of the DX2/66 to a SX25 in order to match the Q610. Don't know if this works. I only recognized a jumper on the Houdini2 that says SX/DX but I don't...
Don't get me wrong but I love the R128pro 16MB in my G4-Cube. Some software is optimized for that card and runs beautiful with it. I use the original setup with the 15" ADC Monitor and the cube-speakers and black pro keyboard connected to the USB ports of the monitor. Think about...
...still searching for a PC-Card for my macintosh that has LPT/COM Output via cables to hook up different pc-things.
my OrangePC620 does not work properly...always gives my K6-256 beside jumpred to K6/400 and does not offer cd-rom acess (...not ready) regardless IDE or SCSI CD-Drives.
The 6100 has an overheating issue. Big problem is with the 486/66 card where both CPU's heat each other and the metal-housing of the houdini-card get's so hot, you can't touch it for a longer time. Ok I use blueSCSI so the heat from the HDD is gone, but for the long run I think passive heatsinks...
On what chips of the board should I place extra heatsinks. The fout bigger ones near the CPU of course. What about the SCSI-Chip, or the RAM-Dac (which is much smaller). What do you think?
Interestingly the caches are not identical :)
One machine on the shelf had a different, not apple-branded L2cache. If it has more than 256KB I don't know, because the machines are currently disassembled. Hopefully this cache is 512KB or even more...
argh, sorry for putting the first L2 in the...
