Hi there, is there any (older) linux that workes 100% on a stock G4 with R128pro and HK-Speakers? Currently I am using YDL3 but R128pro is not working, only vesa mode is supported. If this could not be fixed I have to choose another Linux. Thx

Hi there, if anyone get's his LC in 512 videomode on TFT then let me know. I get my LC 475 in that mode, but had no luck with the LC. If you manage to get this working then please tell me the adapter-settings and the monitor you used. Thx!

Yes nothing changed. Now it worked for several boots. Seemed to be a software issue on mine, but not sure about that? Btw. if you look at LGR's video you will see that the jumper on his card is at "SX" but the cpu is "DX"...a bit strange.

Always blackscreen, or sometimes blackscreen? Are you using a TFT or CRT and one or two monitor-setup? you wont get a picture if you use 14" or 16" Apple-Monitor in the PC-Setup 1.6.4 if you are using a TFT. please use "VGA-Monitor" and get such a adapter...

I reinstalled 7.5.3. now it works...for now. We will see how the next days will go out... ...and I can't find a bigger SIMM (16/32) for my houdini II. Now I only have 4 or 8MB.

Both cards are 100% identical as shown in tattletech! I had to make a clean install because on that SCSI2SD card was a former and older PC-Setup Installation. Now I did a clean install and...it does not work! So what can be the problem. - The PDS-Adapter ? - The cable?
