    Macintosh Classic Analog Board whistling

I will replace DP3 and DP4, those get leaky with the years, they are ok when tested but they are cheap enough not to change as a matter of fact. The 5 volt rail is a reference for other voltages, so if you are trying to tweak the 5 volt line, the 12 volt will increase heavily. Keep in mind...

    Newton 110 bad recap job

Yes i don’t see why it won’t be. The best option is to remove this capacitor and to solder a tantalum instead, smaller and better suited.

Mac 512K not accepting Keyboard input

Using a telephone cable won't fry anything... but won't work either. Your issue is located on the cable itself (if you are not using the same on both units) or a bad solder joint in the keyboard itself. the keyboard itself is pretty reliable and easy to fix.

Mac SE 30 floppy drive head issue

I think the small spring is not the issue, but rather the metal plate also acting as a spring, and the chances to getting it lined up is 50%

Mac SE 30 floppy drive head issue

The idea is to see if removing the upper carrier, the upper head is touching the lower one. If so, something is preventing both to do so.

Mac SE 30 floppy drive head issue

Remove the upper carrier, maybe this is preventing the head from touching the disk.

800k Floppy Drive Reads 400k But Not 800k

yes i agree, the 400k drive has only once head (the lower one) when the 800k drive has two. So when reading a 800k disk you need both. Yes try cleaning the upper head first, if you don’t get any improvement, move the spring of the upper head a notch down.
