    Rage 128 Identification, and Daughterboard

I'm thinking more along the lines of 70MHz on 'first revision' versus 80 or 90MHz on the 'second revision' cards. They're still Rage 128GL gpus though. I don't remember them being particularly highly clocked. I remember an article on Xlr8yourmac mentioning the clock speed difference but its...

    Rage 128 Identification, and Daughterboard

Nah, it was just a slightly higher clocked Rage 128.

    Rage 128 Identification, and Daughterboard

The heatsink-ed Rage 128 is most likely clocked higher than the non heatsink one. It came with Revision 2 Blue&White G3s.

Sonnet Presto Gigabit PCI card vs. Realtek 8169S-32

Are you sure? I have a 8169 card in my Powerbase and it connects to my gigabit network in OS 9. I doubt it can actually push that much data, though.

    Radius Thunder pci

Is it the ThunderPower version of the Thunder card. It had the solder pads but no connector for the optional DSP board. I used it for a bit in my 0S 9.1 Powerbase for a while. It worked fine but had a sync on green problem. I think I used the Radiusware drivers.

New Hypercard platformer game - Blah Blob!

From what the page says, anything less seems to run it too slow. That's why it needs PPC-native Hypercard.

Power Computing 60MHz Bus Capable Models

Im just thinking off the top of my head, but I believe all the Pro models were 60MHz capable. Edit: Lowendmac says just the PowerCenter and PowerCenter Pro and Power Tower. Power Conputing probably used the same components as Apple. They just 'certified' them to run up to 60Mhz. Mind you...

The Confusing World of ATI Radeons

I wouldnt read too much into the model names from this or any period. They really dont signify anything. The 9100 was an 8500 and faster than the 9200. The 9200 was basically a 9000. The 9500s were faster than 9600s, and were just a cut down 9700. These were just terms tacked onto to sell...
