    Hehe, thanks for the offer. But I am on a different continent so costs would be prohibitive! I am bidding on a Mac IIx on ebay hopefully that will provide all the spares I need. Good / rare Mac stuff is hard to come by in the UK. Jason

    Hi, I have recently acquired a vintage Mac II. However it needs a few upgrades. It still has the hochsprung MMU which I want to swap for the Motorola 68851. I have 1 on order so that is covered. What I have trouble finding is the SWIM chip upgrade or one that even looks the same. Anybody know...
