I am trying to get an SCSI2SD working on a Centris 660AV.  When I load the Apple HD SC Setup utility it is not recognized.  Is there somthing special I have to do to get this workings? This is my first SCSI2SD and I think I have followed the instructions correctly.  I have firmware 4.6 on it...
