    Photoshop

It works fine, some games that it came with needed a bit of cleaning. It does smell a little like cigarette smoke but I've had to grow up with that smell so it doesn't bother me. Also it's the "slim" version. I really want to softmod it.

    Photoshop

Got the educational version of Photoshop 3.0 today. It has the CD and floppy versions of Photoshop as well as that call-to-unlock fonts collection. Came with manual, too. (Also, I got a Playstation 2 today, so it's an awesome day :D )

IIRC it was a Powerbook or iBook. Let me try finding the reference I remember. Edit: I did remember correctly:

    Quicksilver / monitor

If you say so. ;) Nice little conquest, it's like the broken eMac I picked up just for the combo drive in it.

    The E Programming Language

Saw this a long time ago, but today realized that this should work on 68k Macs, too. It compiles into 68000 assembly language, so as long as there's a compiler made for Mac 68k, it could be a viable choice for programming. The compiler's source is freeware. http://strlen.com/e/index.html Any...

How can I install System 6 on my SCSI hard disk?

Try LaCie Silverlining if patched HDSC Setup doesn't work.

    Apple II internet

Wouldn't it consist of running some router app on the Mac and then connect to that with the IIgs? Sorry, but networking isn't my strong point, possibly I should call some local networking business and ask them to help? ;)

    Apple II internet

As some may know by now, I have a Apple IIgs that I'm getting set up. I already have my 3400c connected to the internet, is there any way I can route the internet to the IIgs via a LocalTalk cable? I just want to do it for the lulz, you know, to update my facebook status or something for shock...

Second Conquest in a 2 day period!

I'll just wait until I can get a monitor from the lady. So, apparently Mac System 6 will read/write ProDOS disks? Or should I just find a LocalTalk cable and network it with one of my 68ks? This really sounds like a fun little machine, I'll say that.

Second Conquest in a 2 day period!

This time: An Apple ][gs Woz Edition. To my knowledge, it's fully functional. It came with a system disk (old one, probably should make new ones). The lady was happy to give it away, or so it seems, as she had an identical one. Came with 3.5 HD Floppy drive and a 5.25 Floppy drive along with...

    Dapper Drake and PowerMac G4

What's the question? :) Try 8.04 and tell me how the networking works, no point in using outdated linux when you can use an up-to-date version.

I've had one of those cables break, unfortunately, I have no Powerbook 1xx series computer left. :(

Why it pays to have "connections"

Well, after I transferred the RAM, Combo drive, and hard drive from my 733mhz to the new 867mhz, I ran into problems (of course). I got the three beep error code. I reseated the RAM and then the machine boots, slightly faster than the 733, but, then it locks up when I try to run flash player. I...
