Where to get the QuickTake install discs?

Ah, but does the 200 software work with the 150 and 100?.. considering 100 and 150 were made by Kodak and the 200 was made by Fujifilm, I don't think that's very likely... but it would be awsome if it did.

How to initialise non-Apple SCSI HD

It looks like this thread has already gone to it's end... I just thought I'd point this link out anyway: LowEndMac.com Format Any Drive for Older Macs with Patched Apple Tools http://lowendmac.com/sable/07/0425.html The HD SC setup patch linked is corrupted, but puting it's file name into...

Seeking MacPalette II's "Plot Starter" extension

Hi I have a registered copy of MacPalette II, which is for printing color to the ImageWriter II from just about any application from system 9 and earlier... don't know how early though... ..Anyway, it also adds the ability to do background printing with the ImageWriter II, but I'm missing the...

    Levco MonsterMac SCSI for 512K

It wouldn't be REPC online if it wasn't priced too high for the Market. I shop in this store frequently. I should go and see if I find it in their vintage shelf. I don't know exactly how much, but theres gotta be some cut off point where they don't want to bother with shipping on lower priced...

Nice. I wonder what he'd want if he'd had the power supply and could get it to boot.

IIgs - Where Do I Start?

You don't need a drive card for either the 3.5 or 5.25 drives. Under normal cercumstances both 5.25" and 3.5" drives connect to the built in floppy port. You can connect up to two of each. It goes in the order of: IIgs -> 3.5 #1 -> 3.5 #2 -> 5.25 #1 -> 5.25 #2 The only reasons...

IIgs - Where Do I Start?

If you ask for one on a Mac forum, just make sure you're buying one that has an eject button since Macs don't need their floppy drives to have eject buttons and the IIgs does. Apple made a few different models of external 3.5" drives and only the "Apple 3.5 drive", Unidisk, and Superdrive have...

IIgs - Where Do I Start?

You should go into the settings to see how the slots are configured. All Apple II's prior to the IIgs and excluding the //c do not have any built in ports other than game, tape drive(which the IIgs does not have), and composite video. All other inputs and outputs were acheived through interface...

    Dead 180c (it's alive!)

um.... smack forhead? I got a rather late idea just now to get out my 150. It's funny.... I thought I only had one battery... I know when I found the 150 it had the sliding clip for the battery covering the battery compartment, but sliding it open revealed that there wasn't a battery atatched...

    Dead 180c (it's alive!)

Well it's ben plugged in for well over 24Hours. The main battery still reads apsolutly no voltage on my multimeter and the computer won't turn on. I havn't opened the computer, but I'd imagine the small cell battery probably isn't charged either. Is it possible to use my multimeter on the...

    Dead 180c (it's alive!)

When I had it open last night I went and took the top half apart and threw in the new video cable cuz I decided if I got it working I didn't really want to open it again. Now for the more relavant... I got it pluged in around 4AM and it's now 1:52AM the next morning....I flipped up the screen...

    Dead 180c (it's alive!)

I'll go ahead and put it back together and try plugging it in for an extended period of time.. What if the system battery is worn out and won't hold a charge?

    Dead 180c (it's alive!)

Well, I unscrewed the board that had the battery soldered to it and checked the battery with my el-cheapo multimeter and it came out at less than .5V when it should be 3V. This battery isn't one that recharges is it?

    Dead 180c (it's alive!)

I'm afraid that didn't work either. I opened it up, everything would appear to be snug. There aren't any battereis inside this thing that would make it not boot if they were dead are there? I see there is one soldered onto the pcb behind the keyboard on the top half....
