i know from taking one of those apart that the beige plastic is VERY brittle. at least in mine it was. And yea, be careful around the psu and crt sections.
where would i select the input? i cant seem to find a record option or anything like it in quicktime 6.02(which is what google says apple video player is, correct me if im wrong)

I have a powermac 6500 with a powerpc g3 upgrade. it has a video capture card as well, and i was wondering how i would go about using it? Its not a pci one, its built in kinda. it doesnt appear that quicktime 6 supports it, and i cant find any software that will. Does anyone know of any...
I wouldnt trust this, but looking at other imac g5 images, it seems to be one of those ferrite beads wrapped in wire that is missing. (i dont know what those are called though)
