The RGBtoHDMI project is a solid option.
Adrian's Digital Basement had a video on this from a couple years ago doing something similar with a Mac Classic.
Fuse looks good. Continuity across and 120V measured on both sides when powered.
More digging required as everything on the high-voltage side seems groovy.
Thanks @croissantking , I followed the strategy in this video: (Basically using a flat-bladed screw driver, smacking, and working around the case. Not the prettiest, but it did work.)
