    Longshot but are these printers compatible? (Okidata 320)

    I was wondering if these older printers were compatible with the Mac SE or any 68k mac. I wouldn't mind writing on my mac (silly i know but at least it's performing a function :p ) and these are the oldest printers available locally with the next on the list being pentium 3 era pc serial inkjet...

    My crummy hard diskless mac se with holes in it

    currently my Mac SE has an internal 1.44 floppy drive and one external 700k drive which at least lets me boot from one and do other things with the other one.     Transmac alternative?

    I've read online that Transmac can be used to create mac disks on pc but it's not freeware and i was wondering if there are any open source alternatives since the price is a little steep (48usd).

    I'm pretty sure there's a ubuntu flavor for ppc that's at least been updated later then any apple os released for the platform.
