they use these weird stick on thermal sheets cut into smaller pieces, but thermal paste can be used to replace it. i normally do this with all the machines i get.

I recapped an SE/30 a while back and then I decided to try re-soldering the chips that had corrosion on them which may have caused issues with the system not working correctly after said recap, and while I was cleaning up UE12... this happened... Is there a way to fix this or is my SE/30 doomed?!?

Where is a good place to buy a PCB like this? I have an SE/30 motherboard that's had some damaged traces and pads from neglect due to (very) bad caps and I'd like to save it with a nice fresh board.

Ahh... if the SWIM is the issue, where can I locate the existing SWIM chip and what can I replace it with?

I've already cleaned and re-lubed the drive. Not sure if there's a switch causing the issue? But I do not hear any noise from the drive at all... I noticed on my board that some of the solder was corroded which was likely causing issues so I'm re-soldering whatever chips had been affected to...

Funny because I worked on the exact same thing! The computer boots after I put a thermal pad in between the regulator and the PSU chassis, which is great. Only issue I am having now is that the system says that the disk inserted is not initialized and it tells me to eject or initialize, whether...

Yep... and speaking of cables, you'll need a dual-link LVDS cable. Not sure if any titanium powerbook had one, let alone if there is any screen in existence of 1440x960 that uses the older LVDS connector... Plus, I wouldn't do *too* much to a TiBook. They tend to break often.
