I'm looking to archive some disks and files, and possibly CDs, is there a good recommended accessible program for OS 7.5.5 to compress to SIT? It seems DropStuff does this, but can only find some shareware versions which I've not tried. Never really tried to do this, only decompressed before, so...

Open box, mostly loose discs/jewel cases with manuals. Wish I had a Computer Works anywhere near here... only one Goodwill carries computers here, and the Macs are always gone before I arrive (at least I assume a Mac went with all this stuff).

Haha, my thoughts exactly... I doubt I'll be going to get it repaired anywhere (for anything much more than free), unless I find that it becomes worth it to me, and right now it'd be an interesting piece to have but not at all necessary or entirely useful.
