    Successful week of conquests!

It's all scattered about... Some in the shed, some in the cupboard in the study and some in the family room (EEK)! However, currently there's some in my LOUNGE ROOM much to my partner (and my) disgust. It's just out of hand at the moment hence the vow to STOP.

I've been keeping an aye out on ebay for a boxed System 7 but no luck yet. I like the Apple floppy disc pack too! I have one but it's bent/squished so I'm trying to flatten it out under some heavy books :(

    Tricked out, Macintosh SE

Cool mods!!! Where does one get SuperClock! from? And is there anywhere that AfterDark add-ins are available? I've just got the basic AfterDark set but I remember having cool ones like "bad dog" back in the day. Would love to see that again.

    Successful week of conquests!

Wow, this week has been pretty good so far, conquest-wise. Last night I picked up a few gems from a collector who is moving interstate. Highlights were: A working Mac SE with an Apple carry bag!! It's awesome. Even has a little removable Apple pouch for floppy discs and another for the...

Yep, I was going to bid on this one but forgot. Lucky, otherwise we'd have been bidding against each other! You got a great deal there Jason.

    Indigo!

That split around the inside bezel is an easy fix IMO. You can use some good, translucent plastic glue (test the glue on a really hidden part first). I've had a couple of iMac G3's with cracks like that and so long as the bezel isn't cracked all over, you can glue it and because the plastic...

    Evening conquest

SO I had a chance to test out the Macs in the shed on Saturday... I removed all the clock batteries, visual check inside for spiders/rust/damage and then tested and labeled each but from memory: Only one of the Mac Plus powers on, and the SE powers on but no chime/display... Most of the...

    If Macs Had Wrecking Yards...

If Macs had wrecking yards... They DO! hahaha. My work store-room and one of my cupboards at home would be good examples! Anyway, maybe put this one back into the cupboard for now. I suspect you'll get a good LCD panel come up available to you sooner or later.
