Thank you for your tips. Problem solved, J13 pin 13 trace is broken. Fixed. Perfect working piece now.    I’m glad I part of this forum. Next are my sad Macs M5120 which shows Ram error. 

@techknight how do I read the schematics for the this? Do you mind guiding me a bit? I know U12K is the Keyboard chip. But how do I read the pins and which are the 2 sockets?

thank you for replying! I’ve seen so much about your repairs! yes I tried plugging to the right side and the same issue. Even changed a keyboard and it’s the same.

After recapping my M5126, it works however keyboard is acting weird, here are the findings. 1. number 3,4,5 and 6 is not working. 2. alphabet U and D will cause system error. however I tried - changing keyboard - switch over to RHS with mouse - changing keyboard ribbon cable  all doesn’t...

It still powered up with the same error code and sad Mac unfortunately.

I just soaked my number 1 board and cleaned again last night. Will try tonight, this board was working before recapping until few caps leaked and unable to power up. So I recapped it and got the ram error. The other 2 is untested, been in storage for years.

Tried. In fact I recapped 3 x M5120 all powered up with sad Mac.

check the positive side of C9 and the Sound Output from U15B (Sound Left, Pin 11). i got 2 M5126 both has the same open trace.weird

hi is that the Pin 11? Mine is open too.

I checked continuity, it’s open.  I checked for ohms and it shows 1, as the default is already showing 1

let me test the Ohms later, it should be 23Ohms if I’m not wrong

Yes ram is at the correct slot. Done a power reset and it’s still the same. 

Currently what I assessed is with power adapter I can’t get the battery charged 

It’s not shorted. 

My F1 is a resistor not a fuse.
